Hi everybody, my name is Karina Rios and this is my second year here in Glendale Community College. I am attending GCC because I am getting my prerequisites to then transfer to ASU and get my degree in the Medical Field. I am the first out of my family to attend college; therefore I am still lost in some ways and scare that I’m doing the wrong things. I always ask myself if I’m taking the right classes or if I really want to be in the medical field. I guess that is just one of the consequences in being the first of the family to be in college. In my free time I love to spend time with my family and friends. It doesn’t really matter what we do as long as we are together. I also love to play and watch soccer. On Sundays when I have free time, I go and play with my team.
I am first generation college student in my family and im also going into the medical field. I just wanted to tell you that in the medical field their will always be work and great benefits. You will be able to do what ever you set your mind to.
ReplyDeleteI'm also thinking about going into medicine. It is probably one of the most reliable fields right now in terms of salary and job availability.
